Executive Leadership Team

Ana Schreiner is an experienced nonprofit professional with over 27 years of dedicated service in the human services and developmental disabilities field. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles, from direct support and program supervision to senior administrative leadership.

Ana has extensive experience managing programs that support both adults and children, including residential (IRA and ICF) programs, day habilitation, respite services, and case management. She has also overseen quality assurance initiatives to ensure programs meet high standards of care, compliance, and person-centered services.

In addition, Ana has managed multi-million-dollar federal and state-funded grants designed to support vulnerable populations. Her work has included administering a federal grant assisting veterans and their families in securing stable housing, as well as managing state-funded grant programs that provide critical housing support for low-income individuals and families in Paterson, New Jersey.

Ana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Humanities. She is committed to mission-driven leadership, operational excellence, and improving the quality of life for the individuals and communities she serves.
