In these roles, she led multimillion-dollar budgeting efforts, implemented financial systems and controls, and worked closely with executive leadership and boards to drive transparency and performance. Notably, she has managed operating budgets exceeding $1 billion, improved operational efficiency through streamlined reporting processes, and led successful audits with top firms such as Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
